Responsibilities:

Make daily customer visits to establish and build customer relationshipsCultivate and maintain business relationships with current customersProvide sales in all lines of business that MEDPlus offersKeep management informed by submitting activity results reports, work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysesEngage with management about marketing ideas and budgetsTrack how often customers are using MEDPlus’s products andservicesMaintain and analyze departmental operating budget, ensuring appropriate administration of expenditure and expenditure requestsAttend industry functions and provide feedback and information on market trendsVisit with providers regarding new business ideas and maintain quality provider relationshipsRecommend new product/service additions to MEDPlus’s businessParticipate in operational meetings, customer service meetings and efficiency planningInterview, Hire, Conduct Performance Reviews and possibly Terminate call center employeesReport on progress and status of all activitiesAchieve goals that are established for your success

REQUIREMENTS

Education: BA/BS or equivalent **Note: An equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable, as determined by MEDPlus Skills: Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and internetConsistently demonstrate active listening and interpretive skills; Speaks and writes clearly and persuasively; Ability to read, analyzed and interpret written communications ?Self-motivated, dependable, organized; Ability to perform assignments and tasks accurately and within prescribed timeframes, as well as against broad business objectives, with little or no intervention; Follow MEDPlusPolicies and Procedures?Team oriented; Ability to work with: peers, subordinates, clients, vendors, and executives; Share knowledge and skills with others; actively contributes in meetings; Demonstrate MEDPlus values, specificallyintegrity and respect of all people.?Identify, analyze and evaluate fundamental problems in a complex environment?Exercise highly seasoned judgment and patience in establishing approaches for ensuring resolutions?Develop and recommend strategy in a timely manner.?Develop forums to enhance transfer of knowledge and foster continuous learning?Contribute, as requested, to the coaching and training of MEDPlus staff regarding the business needs and goals of provider relations.Demonstrate the ability to balance individual dignity, client needs, and fiscal responsibility for MEDPlusDemonstrate consistent satisfaction of all parties involved.Demonstrate tangible continuous improvement, driven by personal and supervisory assessment of strengths and weaknesses and pursuit oftraining and development opportunitiesProvide significant contribution to and impact on organization withconsistent high-quality delivery and output.
