This person is a technical expert on the systems and/or software associated with the products and services of the Treasury Management Division. This individual is responsible for providing pre/post technical and operational support in the field and on the phone. Other responsibilities include partnering with Relationship and/or Sales Officers on product calls to speak to proper file formats for multiple Treasury Management products, providing proactive recommendations and solutions to technical/business issues.


    Provide tier 2 remote pre/post sales customization, installation, training and ongoing technical and operational support of software, systems, sub-systems and/or applications for customers or field personnel utilizing telephone and remote diagnostic capabilities.Diagnose and resolves product performance problems.Perform maintenance and repair services.Ensure client satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance.This is based on a project where they will be migrating clients from an old online banking platform to a new online banking platform.


      0-3 Years ExperienceAccounting concepts, practices and procedures.Accrual based accounting practices.General ledger accounting software packages or ability to learn specific tasks.PeopleSoft payroll system.Analyzing financial information.Performing mathematical calculations.Reconciling bank and general ledger accounts.Analyzing and adjusting basic transaction and account balance discrepancies.Gathering and compiling information.Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets and data bases.Read and interpret financial statements.Lead meetings and contribute to team efforts by ensuring all relevant information is included in the outcomes.Implement changes to standard procedures when required by specific situations and circumstances.Work independently, make non-routine decisions and resolve issues.Able to make sound decisions within time constraints.Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels.Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.Treasury management and cash management skills, experience in a financial institution, business applications, technical skills.
